UNTAMED emotions, propagate emotional polarities. Instincts (primitive senses), drive the feelings we use to navigate early in life. As infants, we learn to communicate by expressing our emotions. Think of a newborn crying for any number of needs.
As we grow and make choices through the guidance of others, or left alone to our own devices, we likely fall into one of two ends of the emotional spectrum by circumstance, and linger, sometimes for life, without deeper understanding.
The lingering is evident by a hovering over a continuous fear of loss…
or on the opposite end of the spectrum, longing for what is missing.
Being neutral to these two energies gives us independence from favor for the positive or burdened by the negative.
Life is less troubling when we learn the importance of developing sight without emotional bias, especially when navigating through significant moments.
It’s easy to confuse intuition with our own wants and fears, but when we get a handle on emotions, the objective view comes forward.
It’s worth noting, for years, we’ve been told to trust that our feelings, heart or our gut will give us a sense of truth about what’s uncertain.
In truth, Emotions aside…a passion for knowledge will lead anyone to be curious and earn an appreciation for understanding.
Connecting with intuition begins with a genuine sense of curiosity, through any situational climate; fear (avoidance, disconnect, paranoia, anger, etc) or longing (desperation, needs, wants, greed, etc).
Curiosity (or interest) is what initiates our physiological and psychological receptiveness.
